event flyer

The 43rd Annual Monetary and Trade Conference will focus on this year’s theme, “Tariffs, Uncertainty, and Globalization,” bringing together experts from academia, finance, and policy to examine the shifting global trade landscape and the economic uncertainties driven by tariffs and sanctions.  Key discussions will explore the impact of tariffs and sanctions on trade, the effects of economic uncertainty on consumers and businesses, and the role of globalization in investment decisions amid the threat of tariff wars. The conference will feature distinguished economists, investment strategists, and trade specialists, with a special segment, “The Fed and the Flu,” presented by David Kotok, Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor at Cumberland Advisors who is expected to present his new book on the subject.
