Migrated automatically.

The Monell Center has partnered with the Smell and Taste Association of North America (STANA) and Jefferson Health to conduct a survey of people who have experienced smell and/or taste dysfunction as well as their caregivers and family members.

The survey is funded by a grant from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). At this time, this survey is limited to people living in the United States.

We invite patients, caregivers, and family members affected by smell or taste dysfunction and living in the United States to take this 15-minute survey.

Please complete the survey by April 20, 2022. Upon completion, you can enter to win one of twenty-five $50 gift cards we are offering to thank you for your time.

With the advent of COVID-19 and the abundance of new cases of smell and taste dysfunction caused by COVID-19, there is an urgent need for patient-centered outcomes research related to these disorders. Furthermore, there is greater awareness and appreciation that patients possess vital information that when gathered and assessed can help enhance care, lead researchers and clinicians to future prevention and treatments, and improve overall quality of life.

Patient, caregiver, and family input is critical! Your participation will help Monell, STANA and Jefferson develop a prioritized research framework that takes into consideration barriers in diagnosis or treatment for smell and taste dysfunction and the impact of smell or taste dysfunction on a variety of everyday experiences.
