In 2010, an idea was sketched on the back of an envelope.

Jacobson went from vision to reality when founder, Sue Jacobson, shared her new business idea with Jack and Suzy Welch. Together, they (literally) drew up a powerful and unique model for Sue’s new business on the back of an envelope.

Philadelphia lawyer Myron Jacoby started the practice that is now Jacoby Donner as a one-stop legal resource for his clients. Today, they are still a small, efficient, closely knit firm, but with an even broader reach.

Motivated by our love for God and for others, we partner with local communities and organizations to find sustainable solutions to social and economic problems in Jamaica.

I am a branding consultant, art director and graphic designer with 20 years of experience and awards. I have helped build and grow brands from the ground up, as well as maintained existing brands small and large. I’ve created work for Microsoft, Everlast Worldwide, Guitar Center, Comcast and more. I’ve spent my career working in and out of ad agencies and design studios. I’ve been freelancing full-time for the past five years.

Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia (JASGP) is a private nonprofit organization that has inspired mutual curiosity, understanding, and collaboration between Japan and Philadelphia for more than 30 years through art, business, and culture.

JEVS, Jewish Employment and Vocational Services, is a noprofit organization that focuses on improving employment and quality of life for those challenged physically, emotionally, and developmentally, as well as those facing socio-economic challenges. It provides over 20 programs, including skills development, job readiness services, rehabilitation and recovery, residential services, and in-home assistance. 

Jobomax Homes designs, builds and sells high quality, affordable housing in West Africa. We market homes to members of the West African diaspora, private sector professionals, employee cooperatives and others in West Africa. Jobomax Homes offers buyers three key benefits they are unable to access elsewhere: security of their investment, quality construction, and access to finance. We have sold over 100 homes in Guinea since launch, expanded to Sierra Leone in 2021, and Ghana in 2022. Jobomax Homes plans to expand across West Africa in 2023 and beyond to help alleviate the regional housing shortage of approximately three million units.
