Policy Roundtable: Tax Preparation for Philadelphia Small Businesses

Join The Sustainable Business Network and representatives from The City of Philadelphia’s Department of Commerce for a workshop covering all the recent changes to tax code, how take advantage of The Department of Commerce's tax services prepare for local businesses, and a Q&A session. There will be time for networking over coffee and light breakfast bites before the program begins.

Meet our Speakers:
Liam Kelly Fleming is an experienced professional in community development and small business resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Small Business Resources for the City of Philadelphia since November 2018. Previous roles at the City include Director and Senior Manager in Business Financial Resources, as well as Business Technical Assistance Program Manager. Key responsibilities have included monitoring contracts for assistance programs and contributing to the citywide Entrepreneurship Strategy. Prior to the City of Philadelphia, Liam held positions such as Financial Stability Counselor at Clarifi and Focus Group Facilitator at Shared Worlds. Liam's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Community Development and Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, both from Clark University.
