Join us as we meet Adrienne de Lafayette, wife of General Lafayette, a hero of our own American Revolution without whom we could not have won our independence. She will tell us all about their life together, his achievements and explain why he is considered the Hero of Two Worlds. The years 2024-2025 mark the bicentennial of Lafayette’s 13-month long Farewell Tour of the USA in 1824-25 and it was a perilous time for America. Lafayette's visit did much to keep America strong in a political environment that could have torn her apart. Come honor this great Founding Father and find out about the amazing woman behind the man.
