Flag Raising Ceremony 2025 with the Alliance Française

Allons enfants !  Join the Alliance Française and other Francophone organizations for our fourth flag raising ceremomy at City Hall (North Side).  This will include an official proclamation from a city representative, acknowledging and praising the importance of the French presence in Philadelphia, as well as a speech from Marine Havel (Honorary Consul of France in Philadelphia), French and American national anthems, and a children's choir from PhilaFLAM. This event is free and open to all!
