2024 marks Campus Philly’s 20th year as an economic development non-profit dedicated to attracting, engaging, and retaining diverse, emerging talent in Greater Philadelphia. Over the last two decades, Campus Philly has led the Philadelphia region in high-impact initiatives that have propelled the college graduate retention rate to over 50%. Now, there are 181,000+ new degree holders who call Greater Philadelphia home.
