22nd Annual WTCA Day

World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) Day is quickly approaching on Wednesday, June 12 and this year marks the 22nd anniversary of its proclamation!

To commemorate this celebration, we invite you to join us and showcase the global reach and diversity of our network. We are launching a digital and social media campaign today leading up to Monday, June 12, and invite you to participate in our celebration.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1: Download the Special WTCA Day - 22nd Anniversary logo in the button below and use it in your e-mail signatures or marketing material for any upcoming events to promote our Association's milestone.
Step 2: Post the anniversary logo on social media and tell us "how your WTC business fosters growth and global connections." 
- Here are a few sample posts:   
- Sample Post #1: "The WTCA is a diverse network 'Connecting Businesses, Globally.' Today, World Trade Center [INSERT CITY] celebrates the 22nd anniversary of WTCA Day and our global business community. WTC [INSERT CITY] fosters growth and global connections by [INSERT RESPONSE TO PROMPT]"

- Sample Post #2: "The WTCA is a diverse network 'Connecting Businesses, Globally.' On the 22nd anniversary of WTCA Day, World Trade Center [INSERT CITY] celebrates bringing the city of [INSERT CITY] to the world. - Note: These posts can be done in English or in your native language to provide a global representation of our network.

Step 3: Use hashtag #WTCADay and tag @WTCA along with three fellow World Trade Center businesses in your post to nominate them to participate in the celebration.
Step 4: Follow along WTCA's social media channels from June 1-12 and engage with celebratory posts, featuring:
- Fun facts about the WTCA

- Highlights of WTC businesses around the network

- A special online quiz to test your knowledge on the Association!

About WTCA Day

For background, in 2002, former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg proclaimed June 12 to be "WTCA Day," which was subsequently acknowledged by the office of the Secretary General of the United Nations, to recognize the WTCA and its network of WTC locations for encouraging and facilitating trade, promoting economic development, and fostering peace.

With this year's 22nd anniversary milestone, we celebrate our WTC businesses and how they foster growth and business connections around the world.
