Bill is Executive Director at International House Philadelphia (IHP), a nonprofit with a mission to secure successful outcomes for students from around the world who choose to make Philadelphia their home away from home.

An immigrant to the USA himself, Bill has professionally supported Philadelphia’s international students for over a decade. Previously he ran the office of International Student and Scholar Services at University of the Sciences, where he launched programs focused on student attraction, support, and retention in employment after graduation. 

In his four years at IHP, Bill has launched the organization in a new direction after the closure of the nonprofit’s residential facility in University City, crafting a slate of events and programs to connect, integrate, and retain international students that have attracted thousands of attendees since 2022.
