In 2010, an idea was sketched on the back of an envelope.

Jacobson went from vision to reality when founder, Sue Jacobson, shared her new business idea with Jack and Suzy Welch. Together, they (literally) drew up a powerful and unique model for Sue’s new business on the back of an envelope.

They envisioned a communications firm with a flexible and nimble structure that was all but unheard of in the industry — a model rooted in three enduring values: trust, talent, and results.
