Chile Consular Corps Association of Philadelphia

Consul General Felipe Allard Soto is a Chilean lawyer and diplomat. He has served in the Chilean Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 20 years. He has been assigned abroad as diplomat and Consul in the embassies of Chile in Singapore (2007-2011) and the United States of America (2015-2020).

He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad de Chile. He obtained a Master of Foreign Policy at the Instituto de Estudios Avanzados – Universidad de Santiago de Chile and a Master of Science in Inter-American Defense and Security at the Inter-American Defense College (Washington D.C.). He graduated from the Chilean Diplomatic Academy “Andres Bello” and holds a diploma on Diplomacy and International Relations of the Peruvian Diplomatic Academy.
