Chelsea Germak is Senior Associate with the global immigration law firm Fragomen. She has experience representing U.S. clients in a wide array of nonimmigrant (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1, E-2 and J-1 waiver) and immigrant (e.g., EB-1, NIW and PERM) business immigration matters. Chelsea has assisted clients of all sizes ranging from multinational corporations to start-ups across many industries including engineering, manufacturing and automotive, energy, information technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, health care, hospitality and education.
Chelsea has lived in Philadelphia since 2005. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University Beasley School of Law. During law school, Chelsea served as Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review and interned in Philadelphia with U.S. District Court Judges Cynthia M. Rufe and C. Darnell Jones, II. She volunteers as a pro bono immigration attorney for U.S. military families as well as low-income immigrants and refugees in the Philadelphia community.
