Wayne R. Strasbaugh

Wayne R. Strasbaugh is the Practice Leader of Ballard Spahr's Tax Group. Mr. Strasbaugh provides tax advice concerning a variety of areas. In addition, he represents taxpayers in IRS proceedings and requests for competent authority.

Mr. Strasbaugh is a member of various professional organizations including: American Bar Association, American College of Tax Counsel, International Fiscal Association U.S.A. Branch, Federal Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association.

Mr. Strasbaugh has been recognized in the publications Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law.
