The Independence Seaport Museum is opening an exciting new exhibition that celebrates the countryโ€™s 250th birthday. ๐˜š๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฌ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜—๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ต ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜—๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ: ๐˜—๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ฑ๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ข, ๐˜Š๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ข ๐˜›๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ, ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜”๐˜ข๐˜ฌ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ˆ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ข will examine the immediate aftermath of the Revolutionary War from an economic standpoint, exploring how this new nation had to create new trade protocols while building foreign trade alliances independent of Great Britain to survive. Comprised of roughly 150 objects that have rarely been seen, this exhibition will tell the story of the United States, pointing eastward toward China, and how early trade relationships with them helped build America into the global economic power that it is today.
