The Preservation Alliance's annual Architectural Dinner will be held at Elstowe Manor, a stunning Gilded Age mansion designed by Horace Trumbauer in 1898 and recently renovated for $10 million by Landmark Developers.

Sister Mary Scullion and Joan Dawson McConnon will receive the 2024 Mary Werner DeNadai Award for their significant contributions to historic preservation through their work with PROJECT HOME, which they founded over 35 years ago. This organization not only provides supportive and affordable housing but also renovates historic buildings throughout Philadelphia. PROJECT HOME's efforts have revitalized ten historic sites, including an Art Deco office building, a hospital, a turn-of-the-century clubhouse, a public school, a retired actors' home, a convent and rectory, a 1920s skyscraper, and Victorian rowhouses. Their motto, “None of us are home until all of us are home,” reflects their commitment to both community and historic preservation.
