Lion Dance Practice & Mini Parade

Celebrate the Lunar New Year by learning the fundamentals of traditional lion dance! This hands-on workshop introduces basic movements, rhythms (drumming and cymbals), and the cultural meaning behind lion dance. No prior experience required.

The session includes a short demonstration by the Philly Suns team and guided practice. The workshop will conclude with a brief parade through Chinatown, giving participants a chance to experience the vibrant spirit of the New Year firsthand.
