Juneteenth Jubilee

Join the African American Museum in Philadelphia (AAMP) as we commemorate the legacy of Juneteenth and celebrate our 50th anniversary as one of the first institutions funded and built by a major municipality to preserve, interpret, and exhibit the heritage of African Americans. In partnership with Wawa Welcome America, AAMP will host an all-day, family-friendly outdoor festival led by our mistress of ceremonies, Philadelphia’s own Patty Jackson from iHeart Radio and WDAS-FM. There will be live entertainment, activations, games, and education for everyone to enjoy!
