During her baking class, Sandrine will teach you to bake the staple dessert found on every Christmas table in France: the bûche de Noël (Yule Log). An easy tasty dessert to make to impress your guests! Two recipes, a sponge cake filled with chocolate ganache, and the second is a sponge cake filled with vanilla cream and raspberry gelée.

The sponge cake will be ready to be assembled with the chocolate ganache and vanilla cream which you'll make ready to spread and pipe. Then roll the bûche and let's make it pretty!
