The series explores themes that shake the balance between humanity’s light and darkness.

Each book includes a Yoruba glossary, deepening young readers’ connection to language and tradition. In Amor and the Magical River, Philadelphia’s landscapes and environmental challenges shape the story, grounding Amor’s magical world in real-world concerns.
