15th Annual BlackStar Film Festival

BlackStar Film Festival is an annual celebration of the visual and storytelling traditions of the global majority, showcasing films by Black, Brown, and Indigenous people from around the world. The 15th BlackStar Film Festival will take place from August 6-9 on Broad Street in Philadelphia as well as online around the world. There will be screenings of 91 films from more than 30 countries, alongside conversations, performances and community gatherings throughout Philadelphia.

In-person at venues along Broad St in Philadelphia (Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, Wilma Theatre, and the Suzanne Roberts Theatre).
