Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange (GPLEX)

GPLEX 2026 will bring emerging and established leaders from business, government, education, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector together for four days of learning, exploration, and relationship building across Philadelphia.

Participants will experience Philadelphia through new perspectives, examine the challenges and opportunities shaping our region, and build relationships with leaders they may not otherwise meet.

You may arrive with a question, an idea, or a challenge. You could leave with a collaborator, a stronger network, and a clearer sense of how your leadership can help move Greater Philadelphia forward.
