Enid H. Adler, Esq presenting a Philadelphia World Heritage City brochure to the British Ambassador to the Netherlands, Sir Geoffrey Adams, and his wife at a reception at their residence in The Hague. Enid was in The Hague participating in the 15th Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court, as she has since the 1998 Treaty Conference in Rome that created the Rome Statute that is the governing law of the Court.
