Advisory: Philadelphia Celebrates World Heritage Day

WHAT:
Tomorrow, Mayor Kenney will lead a celebration marking the second annual World Heritage Day in Philadelphia. Students from Tilden Middle School, a City of Philadelphia designated Community School in Southwest Philadelphia, will showcase their personal heritage during an "International Open House" and also join Mayor Kenney on stage for a conversation about what heritage means to them. The World Heritage City Project is a joint initiative between the 200+ member Global Philadelphia Association and the City of Philadelphia.
