A month-long preview of Caribbean Cuisine Week at 4 restaurants during October. The restaurants will serve one or two Caribbean themed specials in the month of October. Participating restaurants include Mixto, 48th Street Grille, and REEF.

The American Swedish Historical Museum’s invites you to our fifth edition of the museum’s popular meatball contest. Enter your meatballs for a chance at culinary glory and see if your meatballs are the greatest of them all!

Come by the Fort for a swashbuckling look at the history of piracy along the Delaware River. We will host living history displays and activities, including two skirmishes, musket drills, and guided tours of the Fort (Fort Mifflin was initially built to protect Philadelphia from River pirates). Kids can dig for treasure and try to complete our scavenger hunt!
