GlobalPhilly 2019
The fourth GlobalPhillyTM Expo
GlobalPhillyTM is greater Philadelphia's public exposition, designed to show the international activity of our residents and the global reach of Philadelphia and the surrounding region.
From September 1 - October 15, you're invited to attend programs, workshops, tours, specialty events, and more on behalf of the members of Global Philadelphia Association, each of which contribute to our city’s global fabric.
More than 100 events will take place throughout Philadelphia and the region in a variety of global topics and themes, from arts and culture to science and technology to business and commerce to family-friendly events, that represent the work done by GPA members.
This year's Expo includes a spotlight on Philadelphia's Medical Heritage.
Our city has a tremendous history of medical firsts and activities in the healthcare fields. From first operations to medical discoveries, our city has seen many new discoveries leading to the betterment of health and mankind. Additionally, one in every six doctors in the U.S. are trained in Philadelphia.
All programming is presented by a participating GPA member organization, independently or in combination with others. Events will take place on the presenters' premises or at other locations as they may arrange.
