http://albustanseeds.org Literary Scholars Huda Fakhreddine and Lital Levy discuss poetry of the Andalusian period.
This is the first event in Al-Bustan Seeds of Culture's season-long project, ""Words Adorned: Andalusian Poetry and Music"". The project examines the history and poetry of Andalusia, an era characterized by peaceful coexistence and artistic production.
The project culminates with the performance of two new compositions set to Andalusian poetry, performed by Al-Bustan Takht Ensemble, The Crossing Choir, and vocalist Dalal Abu Amneh on Dec. 5, 2015 at Bryn Mawr College.
