Winterthur Point-to-Point Steeplechase

Save the date! Join us on Sunday, May 7, 2023, for the 45th Annual Point-to-Point, a festive day that has it all—steeplechase racing, pageantry, and fun for the entire family—even the pups! The sights and sounds will thrill spectators while the Winterthur Hunt area will entertain with games and activities for all ages.

Tailgate parking spaces, tailgate guest wristbands, and individual Winterthur Member wristbands go on sale March 1. Please check back then for more information on tailgate parking and tailgate admission.

Plan a Great Day at the Races

Tailgate Parking Spaces and Tailgate Tents
Tailgate parking spaces start at $300 and include four adult guest wristbands. Additional tailgate wristbands are available for purchase: $60 Guest; $30 Under 21; Children under 10 free, wristband required. Purchase tailgate parking admission online starting March 1.

Member Wristbands
Winterthur Members can pack a picnic and join us on the hillside for the races. Individual Member wristbands are $60 and can be purchased online starting March 1.

Parking Options
Guest parking is free for wristband holders. Shorten your walk by purchasing closer parking. Premium Parking North $25/car; Premium Parking South $50/car (limited quantities).

Hunt Brunch Tent
Reserve a table of ten for $2,500 or purchase an individual wristband for $300 per person to watch the races by the finish line. Includes food, beverages, VIP parking, and other amenities. For reservations, please call 302.888.4994.

Bluecoast Rail Tent, by SoDel Concepts
Enjoy the races from a private tent on the rail. Tickets limited to those 21 years or older. $175 per person. Includes VIP parking plus food and beverage from SoDel Concepts’ flagship restaurant, Bluecoast Seafood Grill. Sales start March 1. Purchase tickets online.

Point-to-Point Pre-Event: March 30, 4–6 pm
Get a jump on Point-to-Point! Come to the patio at Bluecoast Seafood Grill in Rehoboth Beach and sample its Rail Tent menu items and featured Timber Cup cocktail. Giveaways include Bluecoast Rail Tent admissions. Purchase tickets online.

Timber Cup Tuesdays
Every Tuesday in March and April, purchase a Point-to-Point Timber Cup cocktail and a portion of sales will be donated to SoDel Cares Foundation and Point-to-Point. It’s a win-win! List of participating restaurants at sodelconcepts.com.

March Madness
Enter to win a 2023 Point-to-Point hat from Christine A. Moore Millinery plus an item from the Wilmington Country Store. Enter March 1–25 at camhats.com/marchmadness and tell us your favorite Point-to-Point tradition. Christine A. Moore will make the winning prize presentation at the Wilmington Country Store on April 1.

Best Dressed from Head to Toe!
On race day wear your finest chapeau to match your ensemble, and our “fashion experts” will comb the crowd to find who is best dressed from head to toe. Winner receives a 2023 Point-to-Point hat or fascinator from Christine A. Moore Millinery and a $500 gift certificate from the Wilmington Country Store.
