WEBINAR: Wines of Chile: A Virtual Tasting Event

Date:
Thursday, May 20, 2021 - 5:30pm - 6:30pm Location:
Virtual
United States
See map: Google Maps
With fertile valleys tucked between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, Chile boasts three distinct regions that produce aromatic, complex, and balanced wines. Whether you prefer red or white, there is sure to be a Chilean wine that suits your palate and provides you with an unforgettable experience. Varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay are flagship wines of Chilean vineyards, but their flavors have subtle differences depending upon the climate the grapes grow in throughout the country.
Join the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and its event partner, ProChile, and "Beyond Our Borders" series co-presenters, the Chilean & American Chamber of Commerce and the Honorary Consulate of Chile in Philadelphia, to experience the wines of Chile from the comfort of your own home. You will be guided by experts through your virtual tasting and can engage and ask questions about the growing process, production of the wine, and of course… where you can find more to add to your at-home collections.
Registration for this event is extremely limited, and you must register by Wednesday, April 28 in order to ensure the wine is shipped to you in time for the virtual tasting.
