Tianjin Economic-Development Area Trade Mission _ by China Partnership of Greater Philadelphia

Date:
Thursday, October 10, 2013 - 8:00am - Friday, October 11, 2013 - 8:00pm This event is a follow up to Mayor Nutter’s trade mission to China in December 2012.
On October 10th and 11th, top-level representatives from seven of TEDA’s leading energy and environmental companies will come to Philadelphia to meet with local companies to explore trade and business opportunities. Similarly, government delegates from TEDA will look to establish an international cooperation program relating to environmental monitoring and protection with counterparts from the city, state and federal governments.
Additional goals of this mission are
- to explore inbound investment opportunities relating to chemicals manufacturing, and
- to advance protocols for protection of intellectual property for small- and medium-sized enterprises engaging in these sectors of cross-border trade. (CPGP’s partner, White and Williams, LLP, is leading this latter effort in close association with BFTP.)
Not open to Public. Only by invitation _ This event is reserved for trade mission, US Department of Commerce and City of Philadelphia representatives.
