It's free. It's fun. There's food. Calling all Philadelphia Teens: Join The Free Library of Philadelphia every Tuesday after school from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm in the Skyline Room on the 4th Floor of Parkway Central Library for teen activities. Gaming, manga, art, acting—we listen to you and bring you activities that you enjoy.

The mission of The Free Library of Philadelphia is to provide to all segments of Philadelphia's diverse population a comprehensive collection of recorded knowledge, ideas, artistic expression and information in a variety of media, including current technology; to assure ease of access to these materials; and to provide programs to stimulate the awareness and use of these resources.
