Bring the whole family to the Rosenbach to celebrate the work of famed author and illustrator Maurice Sendak — creator of Where the Wild Things Are. Drop in activities include call-and-response story time, 3D bookmaking, and a visit to our latest Sendak exhibition. This festive event features The Wild Things Whirligig!, an interactive, imaginative opera that weaves together characters from Sendak’s work with music by masters who inspired him, like Mozart!
