The International Day of Peace is observed worldwide on September 21. Join Peace Day Philly in observing this global day of local opportunity in a way meaningful to you, your organization or your community.
Peace Day is a concept that was established by the United Nations with the purpose of uplifting the ideal of peace at the international level, but also at the levels of community and the individual. Over 25 diverse peace related events involving a local and/or international focus will take place as part of PDP 2013 between Sept.15th - 22nd.
PDP's key community event will be 9/20 at 5:30pm.
Free or Minimal charge.
