Christine grew up in a small suburban town outside of Philadelphia, PA, the youngest of two girls who were deeply loved by their parents. Life as she saw it was idyllic. She knew most of the families in her town and went to the local elementary and high school. She went off to college, married and had a young family when the unimaginable happened!
It was 1 am in the morning when she was awakened by a phone call from her father. It was the dreaded phone call we all hope will never come telling us of a traumatic event that has happened to a loved one. Life as she knew it changed in a moment! Join us as Christine shares her journey in finding a life of meaning with loss that helped to lay the foundation for a local bereavement center.
