Join us in this family-friendly Japanese cooking class hosted by the Japan-America Society of Washington DC, The Japan Society of Boston, The Japan-America Society of Georgia, the Japan-America Society of Houston, and the Japan-America Society of Greater Philadelphia and learn how to make Chirashizushi!
Translated as "scattered sushi" in English, Chirashizushi is a festive sushi dish made with seasoned sushi rice, vegetables, and seafood scattered throughout the dish. It is typically served for special occasions, such as Girl's Day (Hinamatsuri) or birthdays.
