Nabil Fahmy, former Foreign Minister of Egypt and Egyptian Ambassador to the United States, will deliver a keynote address immediately followed by a Q&A by Executive Director John Ghazvinian. This keynote is a part of the Nuclear Issues in the Middle East and North Africa conference.
The address will be focused on nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament in the Middle East -- ending a legacy of assymetries, exceptionalism, and insecurities through a Middle East free of nuclear weapons.
