Guest Artist Recital: Sylvia Torán, piano _ by Boyer College of Music and Dance (Temple University)

The Boyer college of Music and Dance is glad to present the Spanish pianist, Sylvia Torán. Sylvia was born in Madrid and studied at the ""Real Conservatorio Superior de Música"" of Madrid with Joaquín Soriano, graduating with the ""End of Year Extraordinary Prize"". Her last tour in United States leaded her from west coast to New York, where she played at Carnegie Recital Hall, obtaining a clamorous success with her “Water Recital”, as homage to Isaac Albéniz.
