These platters will be available at the restaurant throughout the entirety of GlobalPhillyTM 2013 to celebrate International foods and culinary art.
More Internationally themed Philadelphia restaurants are also participating in this initiative by serving the platter designed by Kevin Sbraga every day between Sept 15th to Nov 1st!

4. Peter Woolsey (Bistro La Minette): Salmon tartare with lentils and a blood orange vinegeratte
