Global Dining Phenomenom "Dîner en Blanc" Debuts in Philadelphia on August 23

For the first time in Philadelphia’s history, Diner en Blanc, a unique and exclusive yearly famous event that originally started in Paris is finally coming to The City of Brotherly Love on August 23. Guests elegantly dressed in white, will enjoy the glamorous atmosphere of a secret location that will be announced last minute for a “chic mass picnic” in a public space of the city. Diners will engage in a magical night of great food, fine wine, dancing, and celebrate the diversity of this beautiful city. The event is almost booked--register now to join the waiting list. 

Over 20 years ago, a handful of friends of François Pasquier launched the Parisian Dîner en Blanc, which assembles nearly 15,000 people each year. Today, the event assembles in over a dozen prestigious cities across Europe and North America.

The event is BYOB as well as BYOP(icnic); however, if registrants are unable to pack their own picnics they will also be given the option of pre-ordering a gourmet meal from the event’s caterer, Garces Catering.

The night of, participants, dressed in white, converge upon their designated meeting spots with tables, chairs, non-disposal supplies, great food and fine wine. From here, participants are led by their Table Hosts to the secret location the 1,000+ guests have been anticipating for months.

Over the course of the evening, the diners enhance the function and value of a Philadelphia space by participating in an elegant spectacle plus representing the diversity of the city.

Reminder: registration is based on first come, first served basis and valid for 2 persons ($50 per couple).
