CHIMA BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT, 1901 JFK BOULEVARD, PHILADELPHIA

The Annual Dinner continues the legacy of honoring the most exceptional of explorers. In 1915, Theodore Roosevelt spoke to a sold-out audience at the Academy of Music.
His talk,The River of Doubt, described his dangerous exploration of the Amazon River. 100 years later, this Annual Dinner will continue his legacy by honoring Paul Rosolie for his Amazon exploration. “Rosolie delivers an old-fashioned jungle adventure, one with rare immediacy and depth of feeling for the people and creatures he encounters.”—The Wall Street Journal. Be enthralled by adventurous tales, meet Paul, and view his unforgettable images while savoring a Brazilian feast. The evening will feature films clips and a three course feast at Chima’s Brazilian Steakhouse including a glass of wine or beer. 6:30pm, Tuesday, November 10
