David Delizza, President and CEO, Pennoni
Legacy Award for Lifetime AchievementDavid A. DeLizza, PE, serves as President and CEO. Dave joined Pennoni in 1979, is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and has extensive experience in civil engineering, client services, and project management. Dave most recently served as COO. Dave graduated with a degree in civil engineering from Drexel University and is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware.

Frank Mattei, Office Managing Partner, KPMG Philadelphia
Global Business Leadership AwardFrank is the Office Managing Partner of KPMG’s Philadelphia office and has over 37 years of experience with KPMG starting at the firm after graduating from King’s College. Frank initiated his career in the firm’s audit practice, subsequently working extensively in the tax and advisory practices of KPMG concentrating on merger and acquisitions, international planning, and corporate restructuring. Frank is currently the global lead Partner for the DuPont, Corteva and Chemours accounts, and feels fortunate to be part of their extended corporate family for many years.
