Meet the dwelle Team

Guy Cook

Guy Cook, former COO of a major corporate housing firm and Corporate Housing Providers Association Director, has fourteen years of experience in the industry. Guy is responsible for corporate outreach and apartment inventory selection. He evaluates every apartment prior to lease and personally ensures each suite is perfect for dwelle guests. Guy is a graduate of Loyola University and has an MBA from LaSalle University.

Sara Cook

Sara Cook directs all dwelle marketing and day-to-day operations. She is the key contact for all dwelle guests and ensures that the dwelle “quick response system” is always active. A Communications major and Fine Art minor at the University of Delaware, Sara was most recently a Media Planner for a local Philadelphia marketing agency. She knows her way around social media networks and manages the dwelle website to keep everyone up to date on what’s happening at dwelle.

Jessica Eldredge

An artist herself, Jessica Eldredge is dwelle’s Artist Liaison. She works with all of our artists and curates each piece that goes into dwelle suites. In addition to graduating from Smith College, Jessica earned an art Masters from through the University of Delaware’s Winterthur Program. She also oversees the selection of all the dwelle final touches that go into each suite.

Brittany Thomas

Brittany Thomas manages guest services and accommodations. She is responsible for ensuring that all dwelle guest requests and needs are handled same day/next day. Brittany also provides marketing support through data research and the development of corporate outreach media. Brittany earned both her Undergraduate and Masters degrees from East Stroudsburg University.

Mindy Yoon

Mindy Yoon is responsible for all dwelle field operations. She coordinates all in-suite activity required to maintain and enhance the guest experience through the arrangement and quality of products used in each apartment. Mindy also provides tours to prospective guests and meets each dwelle guest at move-in to ensure a smooth dwelle transition. A resident of Philadelphia, Mindy is available at a moment’s notice for any guest need. Mindy earned a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and comes to dwelle from Penn Medicine.
