Movers, shakers and money-makers are coming to Jefferson to be a part of our creative culture through the Innovation Engagement Speaker Series. They’ll share insights and experiences on innovation, regional resources, startups, venture capital and more.

Thomas Jefferson University offers this course as part of its Innovation Pillar Engagement series. It provides U.S. and foreign entrepreneurs with the legal tools to form and grow their business with an emphasis on the healthcare space. Topics include formation of U.S. companies and foreign affiliates; choice of entity, state, law and courts; organizational documents; competitive value and confidentiality; SEC exemptions and crowdfunding; debtor-creditor tips, and risk management options.
