"High Stepping to Save Lives" Fashion Show at the African American Museum in Philadelphia

“High Stepping to Save Lives Fashion Show” is a charity event that supports the efforts of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk and the National Marrow Donor Program’s Be The Match Registry in their efforts to provide hope and cures for patients suffering with a blood cancer and other life threatening diseases.

This exciting event will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012 at the African American Museum in Philadelphia. This charity fashion event will showcase fashions by established as well as up and coming designers. The night will also feature cancer survivors and their families as models, celebrity appearances, and a Fashion Expo exhibiting clothing, accessories and other related products and services.

Every year thousands of people of all ages, genders, races and nationalities are diagnosed with debilitating diseases such as Leukemia and Lymphoma. The mission of both the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the National Marrow Donor Program is to cure these blood cancers and improve the quality of life for patients and their families. The funds raised by the event will be used to provide patients and their families with support groups, counseling, financial aid, advocacy and fund research.

Ticket Pricing:

  • General Admission: $40, to include general admission seating, admission into Fashion Expo, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, live performances, Program Booklet
  • VIP Admission: $75, to include priority seating, VIP swag bag, open bar, complimentary hors d'oeuvres, admission into Fashion Expo, live performances, and Program Booklet
