In continuation of the Philly Chef Conference, we welcome Victoria James (Author and Corporate Beverage Director, Piora and Côte restaurants, NYC), Heather Thomason (Primal Supply Meats), and Collective Creamery (Sue Miller, Farmer and cheesemaker of Birchrun Hills Farm; Stefanie Angstadt, cheesemaker of Valley Milkhouse; Alex Jones, The Collective Creamery's operations manager) for an evening of lectures and tasting.

The evening will consist of a lecture, tasting and book signing from Victoria's new book "Drink Pink, A Celebration of Rosé", a cheese lecture and tasting from Collective Creamery and a butchery demonstration from Heather Thomason.

Tickets for the event are $50 (includes admission and book) with all proceeds funding the programming for the 2018 Philly Chef Conference. The event is limited to 40 people. All sales are final, but are transferable.
