The Philadelphia Diversity and Inclusion Conference is dedicated to the exchange of insights and concepts about Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DEI) best practices.

The goal of the conference is to provide a learning forum focused on diverse and inclusive strategies that can influence corporate social responsibility, create fair treatment, access and advancement for all eliminating barriers.

The topic of DEI in higher education is more crucial than ever as it plays a significant role in creating a pathway for social mobility. Unique to this conference is a Think Tank designed for educators to collaborate on DEI best practices within academic programs on topics such as advancing tactics to access Diverse Talent Pipeline, produce Diverse and Inclusive Research and Performance Metrics, and create Diversity and Inclusion Curriculum and Staff Development.

Who should attend?
The Philadelphia Diversity & Inclusion Conference is designed for CEOs, corporate leaders, Chief Diversity Officers and government officials; senior-level hospitality executives, minority hotel organizations and tourism executives; and university-level hospitality educators and administrators who are all seeking new innovative, forward thinking D, E & I strategies.
